Position Statements
	ISNO endorses NASN Position Statements and Issue Briefs unless state specific information necessitates an ISNO Position Statement.
	Position Statements are "Expressions of the opinions, beliefs, or official positions taken by the National Association of School Nurses on issues related to health or to school nursing.  Summarizing historical, political, or scientific aspects of an issue and serving as official viewpoint that can be shared with others." (NASN definition)
	Issue Briefs are "Informational reports (inclusive of NASN's position and rationale, as pertinent) about a school nurse or health issue impacting children and/or schools." (NASN definition)
